Michael Reyes, part of the youth Club of Café Batey Urbano, performs Tuesday night in McCormick Tribune Center as part of "Word!" The event, the second to be hosted by the student group Inspire Films, featured hip hop, poetry and spoken word and touched upon social issues. Performers include NU students and other members of Batey Urbano, a Puerto Rican and Latino youth membership club. Inspire Films focuses on socially conscious media.
