"Melancholy Play," written by Sarah Ruhl, is the fifth and final show of the year for WAVE Productions, one of NU's student theater companies. "Melancholy" follows the life of Tilly, played by Communication junior Kyly Zakheim, and how she deals with the chain of chaos she sets off by traveling to an alternate universe.
"It functions as a morality play," said Communication junior Andrew Karas, who directed the show. "It's about how we as people balance our emotions with our responsibilities."
